Booking & Refund Terms
Cancellations
For your convenience, a 50% deposit is applied toward your treatment when you book online. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time are fully refundable. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
Deposit Policy
Online booking deposits are applied directly to your treatment cost. These deposits are held in a secure escrow account until the service is completed. Refund terms are subject to our specific cancellation policy and the discretion of our studio management.
